By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the crikerx platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the crikerx platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and crikerx with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether verbal or written — relating to the subject matter herein.
Amendments to These Terms
crikerx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
The crikerx platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, log in, make a deposit, or access any gambling or gaming feature on crikerx. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.
Age Verification
crikerx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in the suspension of your account until verification is completed.
Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited into such an account will be returned via the original deposit method after deducting any bonus amounts credited. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited in full.
Geographic Eligibility
The crikerx platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you represent that you are physically located in Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the crikerx platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting.
Legal Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or self-exclusion arrangement that restricts your ability to gamble, you are not eligible to use crikerx and must not attempt to register or log in.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. crikerx employs active age verification measures. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and all winnings forfeited.

Account Registration
To access the full range of features on the crikerx platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and making deposits — you must create a registered account through the crikerx Login page. Registration is free and requires only basic personal information.
Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balances held.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crikerx login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account on your behalf. crikerx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crikerx immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing.
One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered crikerx account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, crikerx reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings generated across those accounts.
Account Transfers
crikerx accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds held within it to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved.

Deposits and Withdrawals
crikerx supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their prevalence and reliability among players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your crikerx account within seconds of confirmation at the payment provider's end. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Before processing your first withdrawal, crikerx will complete a standard identity verification check. You will be asked to provide a copy of your NID or passport and, where applicable, confirmation of your mobile wallet registration details.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 48 hours to process. crikerx does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Refused Transactions
crikerx reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, crikerx will retain any funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Section 5
Bonus and Promotions Policy
crikerx offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and free bet credits awarded to your crikerx account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are held in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn.
Eligible Games and Markets
Not all games and betting markets on crikerx contribute equally — or at all — toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page. Generally, slots contribute at 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain table games may be excluded entirely. Bets placed on excluded markets will not count toward wagering progress.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances are removed from your account without notice. No extensions or reissues of expired bonuses will be granted except at the sole discretion of crikerx management.
Bonus Abuse
crikerx actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, systematic exploitation of free bet mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is detected, crikerx reserves the right to void the bonus, remove any winnings generated from it, and close the account without prior notice.

Section 6
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on crikerx is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport/game-specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail.
Bet Acceptance and Confirmation
A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed in your account, showing the bet reference number, the selection, the stake, and the potential return. Bets that do not receive a confirmation message should be treated as unplaced. Do not re-place a bet without first checking your bet history to confirm whether the original wager was recorded.
Odds and Market Suspension
Odds displayed on the crikerx platform are subject to change at any time up to the moment of bet placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted. crikerx reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice, including during live in-play events, for reasons including but not limited to: injury to key player, weather interruption, data feed disruption, or suspicion of irregular betting activity.
Void Bets
crikerx reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — in circumstances including: manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, technical failure, or any event that in the reasonable opinion of crikerx trading staff renders the original bet terms invalid. Voided bets are refunded to your account at the original stake amount.
Responsible Use of Gaming Features
All casino games, slots, and live dealer tables on crikerx use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real-world outcomes supplied by our software partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. crikerx does not manipulate game outcomes. Prohibited Conduct
crikerx maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable laws. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
You must not provide false identity information, use stolen payment credentials, engage in chargeback fraud, or misrepresent your eligibility to use the platform. Any attempt to defraud crikerx or other players — including through collusion in multiplayer games — will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
Automated Betting and Exploits
The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit pricing anomalies is strictly prohibited. Similarly, exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in your favour is a violation of these Terms. Any winnings generated through such means are not valid and will be reversed.
Money Laundering
crikerx is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. You may not use the crikerx platform for any purpose related to the concealment, transfer, or conversion of proceeds from unlawful activity. crikerx reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant Bangladeshi financial authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Abusive Behaviour
Threatening, harassing, or abusing crikerx staff or other platform users through any communication channel — including the support chat, email, or any linked community space — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
crikerx reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or permanent closure.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the requested timeframe
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual
- Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent Bangladeshi authority
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your crikerx account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, crikerx will process any pending withdrawals of your available real-money balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. crikerx will notify you by email prior to treating your account as inactive. A small administrative fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance on a monthly basis after the initial inactivity period, in accordance with the dormant account schedule published in the account settings section of the platform. Real-money balances are never permanently forfeited solely due to inactivity; they remain retrievable by contacting support.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, your access to the crikerx platform, your betting history, and your game records will be terminated. If your account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, crikerx reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as compensation for losses incurred by the platform, subject to applicable law.
To close your crikerx account, email [email protected] with your registered username and the reason for closure. All pending real-money balances will be processed to your payment method before closure is finalised.
